How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs need professional grooming every 4-8 weeks.

How often should I have my dog groomed?

Usually every 4-6 weeks is recommended. Remember that grooming is not just about looking good, but also about their health and comfort. Dogs that have hair that tangles and matts need to be brushed regularly to prevent hot spots and sores. Shedding dogs can be uncomfortably hot without the loose coat taken out, also stickers and foxtails can make their way into the coat and skin without being noticed If you have an outdoor dog, please have them groomed seasonally (four times a year), at minimum.

What is the difference between grooming blades and guard combs?

Grooming blades are used for shorter haircuts. Guard combs are used for longer trims. The guard combs are typically used for longer trims. The guard combs usually result in a softer, fluffier appearance, while the grooming blades are good for a smooth, short finish. Both options give your pet a fresh haircut.

What do I need to groom at your home?

My grooming van is completely self-reliant. I do not need to hook up to groom your pet. On rare occasion I may run out of water. In which case I may need to use your hose or return to the shop to fill our water tank before returning. I do need to park on the street or somewhere nearby that is level. The van is too tall to fit under some covered parking spaces and the slope is important to drain the tub properly.

How long does it take?

For most dogs, it takes about 1.5 hours. Large dogs, very hairy or matted pets will take longer as well as those who take special care due to health or behavior problems.

1.pre-groom: includes nails, cleaning ears, and a rough cut(if applicable).

2. Bath: include external anal glands(on request), double wash with shampoo, conditioner, rinse, and dry.

3.Finish- groom: finish cut (if applicable), final brushout, perfume, and an accessory.

Will I receive a Reminder?

Depending on your preferences, we can either call or text you a reminder at least 2 business days before your appointment. Please add this as a request when booking.

Because we are mobile your appointment arrival time may change. We do our best to keep on schedule and keep you informed. You will receive text updates about the arrival time. Or a phone call when we are headed your way. Just let us know your preference.

My pet's haircut/service is not quite what I expected, can I get it corrected?

Absolutely! We always try our best to achieve the haircut/service you would like. We want you feeling happy with your pet's service and grooming experiance. If you noticd anything that you are unsatisfied with, please let us know within 72 hours. We will correct it for free of charge within this timeframe.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards cards with an additional processing fee.

What is your cancelation/ no show policy?

If you need to change your appointment or cancel, you must give a 24-hour notice. If this isn't done a $20 fee will be added to your next appointment. If you do it a 2nd time in a row, an additional $20 fee will be added. So $40 total will need to be paid before a third appointment will be made.
If we have arrived at the address you've provided, we will try our best to make contact. If after ten minutes of knocking/ calling, and no answer, we will leave. A $40 fee will be due before next appointment is booked.
